This Colt New Service Revolver was shipped to Wolf and Klar of Fort Worth Texas on June 9th, 1931 in a 9 gun shipment. It has Colt's fine brushed blue finish with hard rubber grips. Note that Colt started to utilized the walnut grips in approximately 1924 as this pistol would have been special ordered with the rubber grips.
