This Colt 1903 Pocket Hammerless was shipped to the New York Sporting Goods Company in New York, New York on June 27th, 1911 in a 5 gun shipment.
This Pocket Hammerless is a type 3 variant. It features Colt's high polish finish with fire blue small parts. The barrels were still 3 3/4" but now featured an integrated barrel bushing. Thumb safety no longer had a retaining screw. Note that the type 1 grips were still in use and changed later in 1912.
