This particular Colt Service Model Ace is fitted with aftermarket sights. The manufacture of these sights are unknown.
This pistol was found with the following case which is similar to other cases that Abercrombie & Fitch were producing at the time. It is inscribed on the front latch with "Frederick Wm. Kirby". Included in the case was also the .45-22 Conversion unit SN U-30 which can be found here.
