This Colt 9mm Kit was believed to be built somewhere in the 1980's based on the box and it's used on accompanying government models. It has a fixed front sight, and a adjustable rear sight.
This was an accessory that if you purchased a Government model during this time, you could have it converted to a 9mm pistol by the addition of this kit. It includes a new slide, 9mm barrel, collet barrel bushing, recoil spring, slide stop, ejector and magazine.
